This notice covers visits to bidino.org and enquiries addressed to Bidino Organizasyon. Controller and contact details are set out in the business information section on this page.

Visiting the website

IP address, request time, requested page, browser details and technical error information may be processed through the hosting infrastructure. This supports delivery of pages, security and troubleshooting. The website is hosted by Hostinger.

The website does not include advertising pixels, visitor analytics, embedded social media feeds or marketing trackers. Fonts and images are served through the website.

Contact form and WhatsApp

The form asks for your name, phone number, event type and optionally a date, guest count and message. Entries remain in browser memory while the page is open; the form is not connected to a separate enquiry database.

Pressing the WhatsApp button transfers your details to WhatsApp as message text and part of the link. Sending the message is a separate action you take inside WhatsApp. Opening the link can disclose link and technical access information to WhatsApp even if you do not send the message.

Information is used to assess your enquiry, respond, prepare a proposal and deliver agreed services. Please do not enter identity documents, payment card details, health information or unnecessary information about other people.

Reasons and legal bases

Where GDPR applies, handling your pre-contractual enquiry and delivering a contract rely on Article 6(1)(b), legal obligations on Article 6(1)(c), and necessary, proportionate site security and protection of rights on Article 6(1)(f).

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law, the corresponding grounds are considered under KVKK Article 5(2)(c), (ç), (e) and (f). If a separate activity requires consent, consent is requested separately. Visiting this page is not consent to marketing.

Recipients and international services

Hosting and security providers may process site access data. When you follow WhatsApp or Instagram links, the relevant provider processes information under its own policy and may use infrastructure outside your country.

You can contact us by phone if you prefer not to use a messaging service. Any necessary sharing with event suppliers is assessed separately against the agreed services and applicable transfer requirements. This notice does not constitute blanket consent to international transfers.

Retention and security

The website does not turn form fields into a permanent enquiry record. Messages and proposal correspondence are kept for as long as needed to manage your enquiry and agreed services, and thereafter only as required by applicable recordkeeping obligations or protection of rights. Technical access log retention depends on hosting configuration and the provider’s practices.

When no longer needed, information is deleted, anonymised or restricted in accordance with applicable obligations. You may ask about the retention basis and period applicable to your enquiry through the contact details provided.

Your rights

Where GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability or object to processing. You can withdraw consent for consent-based activities and complain to a competent data protection authority.
